4800 seems low. I would think that 9600 would be the minimum that it would work on.
I deal more with Ag Leader systems for work and I know that if I run TSIP into the Insight it runs at 38k4 and if I run NMEA into it 9600 is as low as I can run or the Autoswath won't work.
Double check that you have configured the correct port on the 132. If you're connected to Port B and you configure Port A, then that won't work. Also double check that you are outputting GGA and VTG.

Oldblue is right I did the same thing with a CR 9060. The setting need to be at the 9600 rate.
