Try opening the concaves a little. I've been running at 4 or 4.2. I think my rotor speed is about the same, but if opening the concaves doesn't help enough slow it down to something like 430.

Last year in corn I believe I was running the rotor around 300-350 and the concave at 5. That was for corn in the low 20's for moisture. What are you running for concaves? I would recommend round bar which would be more gentle on the crop, however if you have a limited number of corn/bean acres they may be hard to justify.
