There's a salvage R50 at my dealers that is relatively late year (891/2+) It has the reel speed valve and solenoid on the combine. Is there any reason I couldn't remove it from the salvage unit and put it on my 1988 R50?

The hydraulique pump on engine are not the same . Bigger on 89 1/2
