Conveyor engineering in Cedar Fapids, IA makes everything to order. They make the flighting in single wrap segments that sort of snap into place and you weld them on. No stretching required. Seems odd till you try it and then you can't figure out why it would be done any other way. Works out extremely well in our experience. We enjoy working with them. Ask for Joe Pond. Know all your specs when you call - they'll email you a quote and many times make it the same day.
