Looking at purchasing a reliabelt (meridian) conveyor. 10-20-110. Wanting to use it for filling bins at harvest with pulses and cereals. But also want to fill fertilizer bins with it. How well does the reliabelt work with fertilizer? What about fertilizer in the winter? We currently use a 13” swing auger. How would this reliabelt compare for speed? Any input/experience appreciated.
thanks

I have a 10-20-90 Reliabelt and it doesn’t move fert very well. If it’s at all dusty (which it usually is) the drive roller just slips. I read somewhere they are now using a gripped drive roller instead of smooth so this should help with that. Works good on pulses at harvest. On bins that a 70ft auger just reaches this 90ft won’t move durum at all. Shorter bins it works fine for cereals though.
