Hello, I broke a section of my boom a couple days ago, I took it up the road to a welding shop, they had to cut the wires to my RH boom height sensor, now none of the boom controls work. I can manually raise and lower open and close with the boom control valve on the rear of the machine.. But it must be some computer issue that needs to be reset, can someone advise?

Also all the fuses and relays appear to be good.

Try battety dissconect

or somthing silly if none of the controls work you didnt hit the isolator did you

Ok.. I will try unhooking the battery.. What is the isolator?

I should mention the RH boom and LH boom tilt will work only when I use the controls on the raven auto boom (ultra glide)... I will also double check the connections on these wires.. I really need this bad boy working tomorrow..

the isolator the switch that turn off all boom functions its a left up knob on the side consol if you boom lifts and lowers and your chem pump works its not that

if it works with the auto boom on just dail the auto boom back to run heavey so you can still use it if nothing else

that the nice thing with a gator your never stuck you can always use them rear controls to keep going even if its a pita
