It is basically a rod with bogey wheels on it that helps keep the feeder chain up so there is no droop on the top side. It installs probably in ten minutes if you have an 03' I think or newer combine. If not then you have to drill some holes in your feeder house I think. It is also called a silencer kit. It really does quiet the feeder chain and is suppose to help with premature wear. If I remember right it cost around $200 or $300. Hope this helps.
