The header height worked for 67 acres then just stopped. The dealer as been out twice and no luck still. Put a new header height sensor on and calibrated still nothing. The avg yield still works and current yield does as well. we get a error that says header breakpoint or yield senor calibration needed. The main screen says the header is always at zero inches and the agco screen also says zero inches no matter if they header is on the ground or all the way up. Any ideas how on how to fix this?

Have you plugged any CB/two way radios or any other electrical devices to the stud on the fuse panel? This causes major malfuctions with the combine electrical system.

Define auto header height does not work? System needs to see between 1 and 4 volts, anything above or below that system will not work right. Are you using drag rod sensors for cutting wheat with header up in air or cutter bar sensors for cutting on ground for peas/lentals? Gleaner Dynaflex header needs correct wiring on left hand side of header to determine weather it needs to read drag rods or cutter bar. Where is the float pressure set if using cuter bar? Should be between 400 and 700 PSI? Are the sensors adjusted so combine sees correct voltage? There are three left and three right and the little black box averages them out to one reading left and 1 reading right as combine can only see two signals, left and right.

In combine setup 1 in EIP, does it show correct model, tire size, header width, cut off point? cut off point can also be set on C2100 but needs a reading from feeder sensor.

Voltage for feeder house sensor can be read off fuse panel with volt meter, that is what changes the value for your feeder position to set your cut of point.

I have seen several times people get power from stud on fuse panel as it is real convienint to power up radios and other accesories and then electrical functions quit working.

will try your ideas have anymore

Thanks I will try these ideas tomorrow. We did have a CB hooked up and unhooked it. Now the tech was out again and said the auto steer was hooked up to the wrong spot so that might be throwing it off.

Now the bushels in the tank doesn't worth either. The avg and current yield both work but not the bushels in the tank. The acre meter also stopped working.
