has anyone seen any power issues with any s78 this season? especially going from an s77 to an s78?

A guy I talked to said their 68 is gutless compared to their 67. They run one of each

Emissions do not only hurt potential of these motors, but fill up the engine compartment with arguably unnecessary systems, thus making the machine harder to work on.

That was the first reaction when I climbed into an S8 engine bay. You have to perform some acrobatic move to close the rotor door. I can set up a table between my engine and the rotor door on my 65. Its beginning to look like the only thing I'm liking about the new S8's are the wrap option. I haven't yet found my capacity limit on my 5 series, no reason to upgrade til it literally falls apart.

Coming from running a 77 last summer to a 78 this past summer I thought the 78 was gutless. Since the summer however they have done some reprogramming and they now have noticeably more power then a 77.

I notice reaching a higher percent power use on the 78 over 77, and power is my limiting factor in soybeans right now. 90 to 100% power use is not uncommon to see on my monitor without hearing a strain on the engine. The 77 would be close to stalling if ran at 100%. I would like to know more about updated software on the 78.
