We have a 2014 seedhawk with the new quick change fert tips. Problem is the roll pin that holds it on keeps shearing and likely 40 out of 80 fert tips are spread on 8000 ac! We travel 4.5 mph and only 3/4". Anyone else having issues?

Wow that sucks. Something must be wrong with the design. I have run Dutch, FC, VW all held on by roll pins. Don't remember any falling off. In fact most of the tips are rusted on so tight you break something before you can hammer them off. Some only used 1 year and stored inside. I sure hope some warranty is in the works for you!

We have a 2014 Seedhawk with the same boots you have and had the same problem. Ours came with single rolled roll pins if that makes any sense. So our dealer switched all roll pins to a triple rolled pin. Seems to be good now. You think they would of tested some of these things before releasing to market.

i have tried the help line many times. NO results. I have been told too contact dealer first- and the dealer can't even get a call back from'help line!
That's not a surprise from SeedHawk, their aftersales support sucks or more so is just non existent. There is a reason there was ****Hawk on this farm for only one season!!

I really hope you get the help you need. Unless something has changed there in the few years since I owned one good luck, they just don't seem to care.
