trying to set 8010 in barley seems to be putting out more than I would like. I have set it similiar to my old 2388 but i am not getting same result.

That may be just crop condition, 22% barley can be difficult to separate from the straw.

settings of 2388 will newer work on 8010 it is for sure. where doe you have the looses in rotor or the sieves?

I've harvested 27 % barley that was only going 2.5 ton /acre with the 8010 I had to run the concave tight and fast and slow my air down had no problems.. My biggest challenge was keeping the machine full as the green straw wasnt fun

what kind of concaves doe you use and vanes in witch position they are?
