Need some help with my TR98 on setting it up. The manual is not too clear or I just dont follow it on setting the diverter plates etc. Alot different from my old TR75. The concave settings should be the same from the 75 to the 98. On oats and barley I had my concave at 7, fan 800rpm, and rotors 1100rpm. Wheat and canola are going to be a set as I go I think, have not combined either with a TR before.

This is the left (looking from the back)

This is the right side.

What holes should these pins be in?

on the first pic, always put a and d as tight as possible, then i usually put duct tape over the edges, as milo can trickle depending on how worn the doors are.

as for your divertor plates, I would try to set them so it pushes everything to the left hand side (when sitting in the seat) as these machines usually favor the right rotor.

we have ours set differently than most people as we rebuild our rotors every 5 years.

does this machine have the extra grab bars that look like a rod comming out of the rotor behind the rasp bars? if so, it might feed better.
