got an r66 with a vibration. undone chopper and rotor. realized it's in the shoe. bushings are all good, nothing stuck in the sieve area. you can see the belt that drives the shoe kind of jump every time the is being pushed back in the cycle.

has anyone on here had or heard of this. any fixes to this situation.

A good start would be to pull the sprockets off the ecentric shaft and check for a sheared key . Next pull the shaft itself and see if it is bent or has a worn down spot under a bearing where the center of the bearing isnt turning. Replacing the shaft is a lot less expensive than destroying the shoe. It could be something as simple as the shoe being out of time.
