I am looking for a good coating to seal up my concrete floor in my shop making it easier to sweep. Has anyone used some type of industrial coating that stands up to oil and heavy equipment traffic? I would like it to look nice also? Anything I can roll on to fill minor surface imperfections?

Have a buddy with a repair shop and he used U-coat it. Usually see it advertised for garage floors. He has had it now for six years and the only wear he has is where his four post hoist ramps rub. Easy to clean up to and nice looking.

Allied AC 309A VOC
I use this concrete sealer and roll it on using a paint tray and paint roller a month after the concrete was poured. The oil does not soak in but gasoline and some other agressive solvents can soften or remove it. It does exactly what you are asking for. I used the ac309hs last time on a trowled floor, makes it a little more slick and shiney till it gets dirty, I would use the HS again.

A sealer is your basic treatment, painting is the next step up.

Boiled linseed oil and paint thinner, half and half, apply with paint roller, a second coat in a year or several. Our shop has been done in 1989 and 1995 and dust free cleans up great.
