Yep, that will happen. Quick like during the growing season. As a person drives across the country you can tell who gives the better service by the market share in the fields. Why don't they all figure this out if they plan on staying in business?

LOL
its sooo true

I love my 854, loads of power, and tough to beat.... BUT

the service and dependabilty of Canpro is a joke....
I wait a month to get a return phone call, I'm told to call back next week, My account never exixts - though I've spent 0000's of dollars there, and getting a tech to do a service call when a guy needs a machine and has enough stress trying to seed - yet gets told --- call back next week!!!

sorry rogater/acgo/canpro... But go f#ck yourself

I will follow suit as you have kendal... next year or sooner.. Sad as that is....all because of the people, nothing about the machine.... F8uckin joke

You've got to wonder how some dealers stay in business. Surely they could see they have issues when guys trade to another make!!
You should be happy with the 4730. We run 2 of them and they have been really reliable. A few hoses rubbing through about the only problem. And the cab noise, but that's not the issue here LOL.

Is this still related to the problem for which I sent you the bleed procedures? OUCH! I should have swapped you float tires before you sent her down the road though...

I have somewhat felt the same way, keeping my fingers crossed though for now...

Yep...we borrrowed some bleed hoses from a buddy with a Gator and followed your procedures...no go!! We figure it was the charge pump that bled down oil pressure over the winter and when it was started it ran dry....very poor design!
I have sprayed around 4000 ac with the 4730 so far and love it....yes its not real quiet but then neither was the 1074! Otherwise its a joy to operate....simple and the electronics are top noch!

Canpro in Alberta is the pits as well. Have had the same ongoing issue for a month and still no action. They one man show in Olds just cant do it by himself. I don't even know what to think anymore. They are really missing Richard. A major mistake to let him walk away.

So is Canpro AB owned by the same group of people as Brandon? If it is then they will continue to lose market share....No matter how mechanical you are and how nice of a shop you have....sometimes you need the dealer for service and or parts. If they fail in those places then when it comes to an upgrade....Rogator is out of the question!!

As far as I know Richard is at Trochu Motors. We have always had good service from the guys at trochu motors on other equipment so I would assume that would transfer over to the Rogator line. The CanPro in Olds does seem to be a bit of a gong show.

Ya, Canpro is isnt doing themselves any favours by screwing people around....I even got the salesman/part owner involved and he was a big talker and promise maker but no action!

who did you talk too at canpro ?

waist of time talking to anyone but blair hes one of the major share holders

i think some of the problem they have really been **** on buy agco

krammer shutting the doors to rogator so piles more on canpro
now whites ag has let rogator go for many reason now there are is massive

from east mb to west alberta can you imagine what thats like two dealer covering that sorta area
ontop of that they lost there best machanic in for the east part of mb
there main guy for sk has just had hand surgery so i think there down too 3 techs

i talked to ne of the techs the other day they are despertly looking for machanic and will pay them big money to come and work for them

but just cant find any guys

agco really needs to sort there roator dealer network out to gain bigger market share in north america

i talked to blair a month or so ago all he said watch this space in the next 6 months what that meant i have no idea

We ran RoGator's for 20 years and always had excellent service out of CanPro Brandon. Having said that, our 854 left last spring and there's a 4830 sitting in our yard now. Many reasons for switching: 2600 monitor we were used to, quieter cab, better ride, way better $$$ (JD had been trying to get us to trade for a few years!).

Had a wheel motor lock up on our 854 once. CanPro had us going again 3 hours later. (We are a 1 hour drive for them too.)

Still call CanPro when we have issues with our Raven NH3 system.
