Quote:Nice pictures. Just think how loud that would be if all of them were cranked and in field mode at their loudest.

I especially like that 1460. Didn't know they made them with dual wheels.

They didn't the guy that owned them added those, and I believe that he put a 1680 rear axle under it, I do not remember all the specifics the engine was also upgraded.

You have no idea how tediously we line those up, I have to look at it daily and I want them perfect. Some call it OCD, I just think it looks better. We try to reline them weekly every Friday, as they get moved a bunch.

Quote:What a beautifull site haha! Where are those located?

Those machines are all in Iowa.

I believe those machines are sitting at Waverly Iowa on what is now part of the Titan Machinery group along with the dealer in Dike, Iowa that was Waltermans who got in trouble cheating on the lease program. I really hate to see one outfit own so many dealers, when they go under it leaves a BIG hole in the dealer network just look at what happend when Power Pro went out, many of those stores have not reopened.

You're right on, IHman! Yes, it was Smith IH not that long ago. I hope it soon reverts back to such as the Smith family still largely staffs the store and they had a certain way of running things. Titan absorbed it, and has called for many changes, a lot of which don't even appeal to the customers as well as the family that started that business in the first place, 3 generations ago.
