I have been harvesting for a few years now. I just do some local custom work about 1800 acres, mainly corn and beans. I have some trouble in lower yielding beans getting all the unthreshed pods out of my sample especially when the beans are a little tuff. I don't know if I need to run more through the return or speed up the rotor and close the concave. I have tried some things but closing the concave causes more rumbling. I also was wanting to know the proper adjustment of the brace rod on top of the unloading auger as I need to replace the elbow. Any advice is greatly apreciated. Thank you.

I don't have enough experience with beans to help you with that, but on your unloading auger you want that rod tight enough that auger doesn't sag when it comes out of the cradle.

I have no experience with beans either, but what concaves do you have in? You might try a smaller spacing or cover plate. Like i say no experience just a thought.
