I was just wondering what you all think if a Steiger PUMA 1000 could handle an 800 bushel cart. What better options might you have? I am looking for a good 200+ HP tractor under $40,000 with PTO. I would prefer a 4WD tractor for the hills that I will be on. That is why I am looking at a Steiger or a Case IH Steiger.

Pull a 950 bu Brent with my puma 1000. I have a draw bar support and have it chained up to the 3pt. Nice tractor for a grain cart.

I have a 9240. Which is same tractor. Except for the color and that it has crab steering on a 850 Elmerse cart. Tractor has 24.5 singles. It's a great cart tractor make sure it has power shift your next option might be a 91/9250 cih. Cost more money tho

Pulled an 1194 avalanche with a cih 9230 and had no problems
