Still breaking lots of cobs

Few questions??
What year is your 760tt? Which concave are you running, wire or roundbar? Which lower sieve are you running? snubnose 10mm small grain ,standard long tooth 26mm,or the new 2014 extreme long tooth 32mm that mimics the long tooth upper top sieve? Have you made sure all four corners of the concave match what the cab monitor says? Many are running a more concentric concave setting with less pinch for more whole cobs and less seed damage. This can be fixed. Tiger

You need round bar pre concaves sold by HHS. I have a 750TT and had cob pieces in my sample so bought these and their advertisement of no cob pieces and driving 1 mph is accurate. The round bar forces the cobs to roll into the rest of the machine leaving little damage to cob and also much less broken corn which wasn't an issue on Lexion but less is better. Below is a link
