Who has a storm seed treater? Do you like it? Have you used chemicals besides bayers? If so, how has that worked? Happy with coverage?

I have not seen one working in person, but to me it's still just spraying the chemical in the bottom of auger and mixing it in auger. That's what we have done for years and are never really happy with coverage. Maybe there is something with the Storm that makes it cover better?

Thanks in advance.

Storm treater

Dont personally have a storm treater but had our local retailer who set up a truck and had one treat some grain .Took them 3 days to get it set to apply some syngenta products .had terrible time getting proper rate and setting control .Many phone calls and lots of trial and error they got it working and did an awesome job .Had to use water to mix not huge amounts but some which seems to be common practice with most treaters .Felt like one of the secrets was to have a good supply like from a hopper bin ,and it would treat as fast as the auger would take it .Hats off to the retailer they worked very hard to get it going ,and seemed to use the correct amount of product .A lot of stuff going on with the system seemed like other treater like the g40 by graham was simpler .Just my 2 cents .

We had one and it worked great last year. After you use it few times it's easy. You can use any product just do a simply calibration. Very accurate within 5 percent easy. Really like that it tells you how many bushels it treats on display. Downside is expensive as ****. Hired man just hooks to barrel never handles a splashing jug. Looking forward to using it again.
