We are selling our 1460 and a prospective buyer is looking at it. He is zero till, and would like to be able to spread the chaff and windrow the straw to bale. Is that possible to do on a 1460? Ours does have the factory spreaders to go with it, although we never used them. We instead have a Kirby spreader mounted underneath to spread both. Is there a way to pull this off, or is he better off to look for a different model? As much as I want to sell this unit, I don't want the buyer to end up with something he can't use properly. This unit only has a rear beater, no internal straw chopper.
