9770 sts bullet rotor had a fire at the rear of rotor. concerned about the splined coupler (ah150405) since it has rubber bushings. anyone have to replace this because of a fire in that area?

I had 2 fires at the rear of the rotor on my 9870. Turns out john deere has an update available on the rotor drive to stop this from happening. But they claim it only happens to a small percentage of the 70 series that it does not qualify for the PIP program so it's on the owners dime. Dealership has to pull the rotor to install
