Ran 9870 for four years in corn and soybeans. Upgraded to a 9770 with lower hours. Run 894 corn head (38" rows) and a 35' macdon fd70. Book has lower fan settings on 9770. Any suggestions on setting to minimize loss will be appreciated. Will cut corn in August. I have a set of rpr concaves and disrupters and regular round bar. I thought rpr reduced loss some on corn but not much on soybeans. Irrigated corn will be 200 -270 bu and beans 50-80bu. Dryland can be much less depending on weather. Corn is harvested at 18% and below. If anyone has more experience with these concaves and disrupters let me know setting suggestions. Slowing down rotor seemed to help in corn.
