Having problem breaking tension rod for belt driving propel pump. Has the update to compression spring. Is rod suppose to go in upper hole in bracket at rear step by engine where the old rubber bumper was? And what is gap between washer and can that holds spring suppose to be. Replaced belt last week and now breaking bolts. wondering if I got it in wrong hole.
