I'm currently running a '77 L2 hydro. Haven't had a chance to use this combine for anything but wheat as I picked it up in the spring. Has 1600 hours on engine overhaul, no idea on separator hours. Cylinder bars and concave are low acres. Now, I just came across a possible deal on a R6. Has 4900 engine hours, but new pump and injectors last season or the one before. 3700 separator hours. Also has newer throat chains, cage, bars, and excelerator rolls. Comes with grain head, but I will need to find a corn head. What should I look for on the R6? Anyones opinion on if this is a worthwhile upgrade? Thanks!
