Hey guys we are looking at a different combine for next year and I've spotted a nice TR96, several guys around here have 98s,99s, and CRs but not too many with experience with a 96 was just wondering if someone could give me the good and bad on this machine. Will be running an 8 row corn head and a 25 to 30 foot flex in corn and beans in central Iowa. Have been looking at Gleaners but the guys around here with newer NH's really like them and I'm pretty color blind so thought maybe we would give one a shot.
Thanks for your help

Re: TR 96

Don't have a lot of exp with them but I have run one this year in 30 bu soybeans with a 30' 973 flex and Crary air reel and have had no problem at all with it in beans. Does a fantastic job and when running next to the neighbors with a 9600 and a 1680 both with 30' heads I was running abit faster than they were.
