Was working as normal when out off the blue and slowly started to loss power. After 15mins I could hardly move had to keep the throttle full open just to go 3m/h and if rev drop below 2500 there is a sudden drop and have to press in clutch to get higher rev.

Diesel filters look clean but will change them anyway, only strange thing was when removed the Z94 filter at the engine it came off very easily with almost no effort. Could there have been air sucked in from this point, its my only theory at this point.

You could have debris blocking the fuel lines either at the tank outlet or the water separator. Remove the line going to the engine from the water separator at the water separator. You should have a full heavy stream of fuel coming out of the water separator. If not, then remove the supply line from the tank at the water separator If the flow is still weak then remove the fuel cap from the tank and blow backwards into the fuel line to dislodge any thing that is blocking the flow out of the tank. If the flow is good out of the tank then remove the water separator and blow though the water separator fittings to dislodge the blockage. Blockage in the lines is fairly common since there are no screens in the supply lines until the water separator.

Other then that, you need to look at any fitting and see if there is any wet surfaces no matter how slight. There is a block on the engine where the supply line goes that has three fittings, check that those are tight.

Thanks for the help. Changed the filters and drain the governor housing, there is no mentioning of draining the governor in the TR85 manual, but i saw it on the cat3208 manual i downloaded and the was water in it. Its actually runs better than before it revs up smoother and engine is running quieter.
