I am having trouble calibrating a 99c chopping head, the end snouts with the sensors will hang up from the c shape sensor.

Very common problem with the corn head snouts... What you need to do during calibration is when the head goes down and is almost on the ground... make sure your park brake is off and drive forward slowly... this will make the sensor fold back where it supposed to! If you go to quickly the calibration will fail so just inch forward as slowly as possible.
