I need a 35ft header shipped from Grande Prairie, AB to Minot, ND. Right at 1000 miles. Does anyone have experience with trucking companies or recommendations?

I don't know the trucking companies that haul in John Deere equipment from the factory for example to Grande Prairie but doesn't the JD equipment pretty much go past your doorstep on its way into western Canada ?. I don't know if his would assist or not but perhaps try calling Prairie Coast in Grande Prairie and if they can give you contact numbers for the trucking companies they use so you can talk with them directly and if a back haul to you would make sense for them. I'll put in the link to their website for contact numbers.

I would recommend Q-line trucking, I have used them and they are really professional: https://www.qlinetrucking.com/

But if you want an adventure just get a good header trailer with suspension and go get it. I bought a corn head in Wisconsin a few weeks ago and loaded the whole family in the truck and we had a great couple of days at the Dells before towing it home. Burnt $400 in fuel while seeing some nice country. Not sure what there is to see in Grand Prairie though...lol

Used Q-line at work a few times and seems to me it was them who delivered my drill. No concerns with them.

New Ag Talk forum has a section "where can I find" where you can post these kinds of requests and see if someone can help.

Grand Prairie is a nice sized city and the drive would be pretty at this time of year, the new Highway 43 from Grand Prairie to Highway 16 is about as good as highways get.
Was up last fall, surprised at the changes since I worked up there...45 years ago mind you.
