We're did the post on S78 unloader bolts go. The same thread talked about orings on reel speed and straw spreader valves. Just wondering which bolts were breaking and needed lengthened on the auger?
Campaign letter is out for the unload auger stub bolts. Nothing snaping but hardware changed with shorter bolts and top lock nuts. Nuts were not tight enough and or top locks nuts didn't do their job and fell out. Campaign gets us back to the flawless design we had for 30 plus years
No buliton on the valves yet. If you want to check out just remove the coils and snug the cartaridge. Just need to be snugged if loose and you will be good to go
The unloader bolts are the ones that connect the u-joint to the cross auger and the cross auger to the bearing on the right side. Two bolts a side, total of four. I recommend red loctite for extra security.
