Probably what should be the hardest job about this particular idea, is getting it out of your brain.

Yup. I've pretty much resigned to the fact that's it's not financially feasible at this point. I'll just keep looking for something in the 60 to 80 by 120 to 150 range...

With buildings it seems like labor is at least half the cost. Using used tin will be questionable whether itmis worth it will all the holes already in it that may not line up with anything. It seems like it would be a good cost savings if you are willing to do a lot of labor your self. Most contractors do not want to think or try put the puzzle together. You would need the right crew to assemble it to make it work.

Well after purchasing the building you only have 60k to truck it and pour the footing and to erect. Not going to do it. The foundation will be over 60 grand.
