A neighbor is selling his farm (dryland wheat) and I am serious about buying it. He happens to do all his planting with a 56 foot set of Versatile/Noble hoe drills (Model 2000). They look good, but they are several years old. I would be interested in purchasing them, and wanted to know if anyone had experience with these drills. TIA.

I had a set of 28' 4 7 footers they where 1986 model drills had only been used for Wheat.I tried seeding Oats and Barley with them but the seed tubes would plug with Oats and Barley so they went down the road .Would maybe penetrate a gravel road,they where a well made drill.The little 7 footers make a good food plot drill.
