Here are some pics from milo harvest in fall of '05.These were on my uncle's farm near Panhandle,Texas.He is driving one of the grain carts and his son was driving the combine.The combine is a 1993 CaseIH 1680.

What´s that you got on the header instead of the reel?? I've been harvesting some milo my self, but have never seen something like it...
Nice looking crop by the way!!

Those are Lynch Row Harvesters.Those cylinders in place of the reel feed the crop into the header.It really works pretty good,no reel shatter and feeds better.
Milo grown here is used mainly for cattle feed.It can also be used to make ethanol.
