i am setting up a 9770sts with a 635f head. always put in 3 small wire concaves. harvesting 15% winter wheat, windrowing the straw. iv had an issue with capacity with soo much material coming through the machine, that i have to slow down to 2.5mph otherwise i am losing grain over the rotor. i am just wondering what concave setup guys use to get more capacity when windrowing straw. have tried adjusting rotor speed and concaves, but this does not seem to do much, combine is only 1year old and well maintain by the dealer here. some thoughts would be appreciated// thanks

setup the 9770sts with two small wires and the last small wire i pulled every other wire- works alot better-reduced the rotor loss quit abit. also have a 2010 9870, the last two small wires, i pulled every other wire- seems even better when it comes to rotor loss. running 16% wheat ranging anywhere from 60-110 bushels
