Rumour: Whites Ag at Whitewood is closing/closed

today I got a call from a friend who had heard that Whites was closing or closed..
No idea if it is being shopped around, but it isn't a forced closure/sale.

they are my primary dealer for parts and service..

anyone have any info?

Tormont bought out AgWest a few months ago, they also just bought Canpro in Brandon.

I guess after Whites Ag bought the building in Yorkton off of Morris some toolhead that runs Morris decided that he would pull the Morris contract and give it to the New Holland dealer and this was a big part of Whites business,nice guy!

As a former employee I can tell you the closure was entirely on the shoulders of the owner who' poor decision making and lack of management skill led to its ultimate failure.
