Who is selling the land?? Global Transportation Hub is a development west of Regina for loading unloading containers off the rail. Big warehouses and storage to go up is the projected idea.

They relocated the rail yard from downtown Regina to west of town. Loblaws (not sure about spelling) has built a massive warehouse there for their grocery chains. Many other warehouse there and going to be there. If you drive through this area every quarter section had a for sale sign on it.

They built that new over pass at the trans canada Hiway just for it. I might have the number wrong, but I think it's an estimated 1000 semis a day through the hub.
