I've seen this around my area for a while, we have at least two of them around. It is a 4840, only instead of green the cab top is yellow. I've asked this on another site, and some say that its just the top off of a 7720 or 8820, but I don't buy that. It seems to me that the cabs are completely different shape and size to be the combine top.
dphinton, on your way to Ville Platte swing by Branch Hwy towards Hwy 13 south of Mowata stop in @ the Hundley Bro. they've painted a few even have green lug bolts on yellow rims front & rear, very through they are
Quote:Looks like a house on LA 29 about 3 miles off I 49 at the whiteville exit?
The tops do have the light cutouts which mean they did not come off a hicycle, picker, or combine, unless they were cut.
You got the highway correct, but it is b/t Point Blue and Chatagnier.
Matt I've been by the Mowata store, but never saw what you are talking about, Which one is the Branch Hwy. My sister lives down Whitetail hwy(?) the one that comes out on the side by Burger King in Rayne.
JKane, are you talking about the first house on the left after the big hill heading toward Ville Platte with the three grain bins. That one is actually my cousin Elvin's house.
South of the Mowata Store first paved road to the left 2-3 miles on your left some little Jap trucks for sale shop behind house can't miss it
