What a bunch of crap that this clown is only being charged with illegally discharging a firearm, mischief over $5,000, pointing a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm and endangering an aircraft.

He should be charged with attempted murder or manslaughter.

Someone should shoot at a RCMP car driving down the highway and see if they only get charged with "illegally discharging a firearm"...

People who think they know about spraying and ag chemicals but don't are stupid. I had an lady tell me once to burn in ****, as I was spraying fungicide across The highway from her house. Wind was blowing away from her yard. Also in our area, a tree hugger managed to climb into a spray chopper and lock herself in. Needless to say the pilot went ballistic. Give ur heads a shake people!!!!

Saw some pretty disturbing comments on Facebook regarding this incident.
One commenter said "well maybe the guy who shot at the plane was sick of being sprayed with pesticides" almost going so far as to justify the shooters actions.
