I've been there ones and asked the guys why not cut the trees down, he said fines would be severe, still nobody talked about "running" into them. such a waiste just cut the tree and replant 2 somewhere else

What kind of power does that tractor have? I would imagine the cart fans run off engines or that would be a long way to pump hydraulic oil of any volume.

It has a KTA 1150 Cummins @ 600 h.p, and an Allison auto. It weighs in at 70,000 lbs.

Row spacing is usually 15-20 inches in that area.
Planting depth anywhere from 2-6 inches below ground level, depending on how deep moisture is.
Normally single shoot with low rates of starter fertilizer. N is either pre-drilled or not used, depending on how newly developed the land is:
