Im not familiar with the macdon head. The RTC uses height sensors on the feeder house of the combine and auto header control uses 3 sensors on the header with case headers. Does the macdon head have some connectors that plug into combine other than lights. Is it possible the header is not set up for it. If it is there is a calibration where you hold the button to put the header down for 2 seconds after the header reaches the bottom then when you lift it back up it will stop for a second on the way up. This is a calibration for the field tracker.
