Newholland Rochester. Com. Airflow kit.... also make sure u have 58 inches from the sieve to the ground. From front to rear u need 2.5 inches. (Axel to axel) angle or ur combine like ours sits flat and will walk grain right out the back.
We adjusted the rear axel on our 7010 and now works great..

You use the step where the tool box sits, that runs from the front axle back. measure a flat spot where the step starts near the front axle and right at the end by the tool box.(use the last hole back) check your air pressure. if that is about 30lbs. see if you have another hole to raise the combine up. Your sieves are sitting to flat and the losses are from both your rotor and sieve because the angles are wrong.
I think it needs to be 58 inches to the bottom of the sieve. This creates the 3.5 degrees the sieves need. Ask your dealership mechanics,, they should be able to explain this to you better. Made a huge difference with our 7010.
We have 20.8x42 duals and 600x28 tires, and the 4x4 bolt is flush with the top of the axle flange.

the 88 series need to be set with the frame flat to the ground, with the newer series if they are flat,, then your going to see a lot of grain on the ground all the time.

The airflow kit adds a lot to the fans ability to keep your tailings from overloading all the time. It also adds a cover to the clean grain auger which helps the undersized auger to its maximum capacity. HUGE DIFFERENCE in soybeans and small grains.

With the kit in,, you can go from 3.5 to 5 with that 35foot draper, we did anyways. Two years of fighting and Combine forum figures it out!
