I can't explain why one SCV would spit out hoses out of another. Do your SCV couplers use a lever to release the hose tip?

 

There is no lever. Simple push in design

 

I’m guessing you have a bad oring between the scv blocks

 

The couplers are bad on #2 they are leaking internal and back pressure is pushing the hoses out

 

I did replace the #2 couplers recently when it started acting up however it didn’t resolve the issue of it putting pressure to another SCV so had just been running without until we can get it in the shop. Was using 1,3,&4 on a rear blade

 

Leaking couplers should discharge through the drain tube, I'd think. But clearly there is back pressure. I agree about replacing the o-rings between the scv blocks, and probably changing out your couplers.

 

Couplers going bad can block the oil from going where it should. But I’ve never seen the bad couplers cause the isssues you are having. Hoses popping out and having them hard to hook up is mostly what I’ve experienced with a bad scv barrel.

 

So to be clear, the number 2 SCV when used will cause a hose on a different SCV to come out. I did replace those two couplers on the dealers recommendation and it didn’t fix anything. Thanks for everyone’s response. I think I’ll just remove the SCVs and replace the o rings between them

I have 00 and 10 series tractors. Push/pull a handle that is attached by cable or linkage to spool valve. So just guessing.
Is it possible you have a bad ground on the coil(s) for #2 valve? It's trying to complete the circuit through the other outlets?
I've had lights with bad ground that will cause others to partly come on. Fix the ground wire and problem goes away.

 

I hadn’t even thought of this. It is possible. Haha just got more complicated.
