Change filters and make sure you have no water in fuel. Also, There is a banjo fitting at the back of the rear fuel filter. Take it apart and mark sure crap from the fuel tank hasn't got stuck there because it can't make it around the corner.
Also inspect the fuel line coming off of the banjo fitting that then goes back to the tank. I have seen this line drop down between the tractor chassis and fuel tank and get pinched. When I was doing hillside work with the left side up hill the weight of the fuel would bulge the tank out and pinch the fuel line.
