There is no way to shut them off other than to go through the controller. I have done it for the unloading auger being swung out but never for full grain tank. When the grain tank is full does it show on the entire bottom of the command arm as grain tank full? There is a speaker in the command arm screen on the back side.

You have to access the correct address in the controller from the command arm. Usually a JD tech has to do it unless you know someone at a dealership that will walk you through it.
