I have a 2011 9570 that puts out heat sporadically. I have changed the three thermostats but that didn't help. I noticed that the water temp gauge doesn't show it at operating temp. The hoses are warm though. Any thoughts.

Hey @Crownpoint, sporadic cab heat is a frustrating issue, especially after you've already gone to the trouble of changing the thermostats. You mentioned the hoses are warm even though the temp gauge reads low—are both the inlet and outlet hoses to the heater core getting hot, or is there a noticeable difference?
