Is the compressor cutting in and out?

Maybe a plugged line or something else plugged up?

On a side note, not very likely your problem, but we got our 9680 fixed yesterday, the dryer had crapped out and the line from the dryer that runs up to the top of the cab was plugged solid with litte balls that looked like canola, took over an hour to clean it out.

Probably low charge, I would recover what's in it, measure the quantity of recovered refrigerant vs. specified charge. Pull a vacuum and test for leaks, if there are none found recharge with a little shot of UV dye, and recharge. Most likely scenario is that the compressor shaft seal seeped a little over the winter, and you've now got an under-charged system.

Is the clutch kicking in? If not, you could try to jump 12v to the clutch and see if it kicks in then. If it kicks in and cools you may have a low or high side safety switch failed. They are both easy to bypass. We had a low side switch fail yesterday. If the clutch is kicking in and not cooling you could try to top it up and see if you get some cooling. Good luck! You will need AC.

If your sure the heater valve is working correctly....
The pressures do seem low.
Give it a top up. When ambient temp is about 20°c I believe you should be around 50 low as and closer to 200 high side.
I stick a temp probe in a vent, fan on high,
Add 5 to 10 seconds of vapor at a time and let system equalize for a minute or two while checking vent temp, keep adding in small doses until the vent temp stops dropping.

Our 600 quad ac was acting up in spring 2018 , put a valve in on the heater line off the engine and it still didn’t help, pulled the seat out and there’s a black valve that under there that mixes the warm air with the cool and it was dry and stuck . Took it out lubed it up with white grease and has worked great since
