Farm Lease Agreement

I've been farming for a couple years and haven't had the need yet to have a farm lease contract. I've picked up some rental land this year and the owner of the property is wanting a contract for the year. Is there a basic form or something simple I can use for this? Thanks guys!

We just sit down and write up a note that is agreable to both parties and both sign it. Somtimes weill take it to a lawyer to look over make changes so both parties feel secure. It is a good thing to have things in writing and without it things can go wrong even between friends.
