We have used a 2400 cart for 14 years now (100,000 acres). Take a good look at the engine, the injectors can be a problem. Amity Tech makes a hydraulic drive fan assembly for a small fortune.
Also if it's a tow between watch for stress in the forward frame, we've had several cracks. The tanks can break out on the early models where the legs weld on.
Metering is fairly accurate and the feed system is as simple as it gets.
Overall a really solid machine. Not a lot of complicated parts or fancy stuff. But we've just put a lot of work into ours and think it'll run another 100K.
