Went to get the 900 ready for the season and when trying to sharpen the knives I got several error codes. They were e62,63,64,66 and e68. I checked all of the fuses on the machine and all were good. According to what I read these codes are saying lack of power to the module, module failure, or can bus error. The only time I got them to come up was sharpening. I was able to run the feed rolls in reverse and forward. Tested the metal alert and it worked. Everything else seems to be working normal. Could it be something in the sharpening module shorting out the system or maybe something in the feed roll harness as I've noticed they need to be plugged into the machine in order to sharpen. I looked under the fuse panel and didn't see any mouse damage and also checked that the sharpening module was plugged in securely. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

if your sure all the fuses are good, remove the sharpener module and read the decal on the side of it. it will tell u where u should have 12v,grounds,5v etc. check those,if those are good take the module apart and check for burnt spots.
oh yeah, make sure the sharpener module is 100% plugged in ,they will not always plug in right and cause ur issues

Thanks for the info! Did a little more checking last night. I tested for power and grounds like you suggested and according to the points on the sticker everything appeared correct. The module looked a little discolored so i swapped a different one in that a friend had that they replaced due to shear bar backing out issues. With the other module in it did the same thing so i put the original back in. I was able to put it in self test mode and back off mode and it all worked correctly. Fired up the machine and went to sharpen, everything appeared normal on the display it showed that it was opening the door but would not make a pass across. The door did open but after that nothing happens for 15 seconds and that is when we get the code. Is it possible for one of the solenoids or pressure switches to be back feeding causing this problem? I'm going to reinstall the feed rolls tonight (I just had the harness plugged in for time being) and function test everything again just to make sure when sharpening is the only time the code is coming up. Thanks again for your help!

Well we got lucky for now. Put the feed rolls back on the machine to function test everything other than the sharpener and everything worked. Tried the sharpener and it worked with no codes. Will try it for first crop and see what happens.
