I have a problem with my macdon FD75 flex, header slow down all the time, we just replace the motors from center canvas and pea auger and clean all the valves, then still has the same, then we switch block from bosch to parker, was looks like everything is going perfect for first hour, we found a problem with the pea auger connection so we fix that, finally everything was working for half day and after when whole system is hot everything starts slow down again. No idea what else we can do.
Rocky Mountain Equipment or Macdon can't help us.

I'm assuming you changed the filter when you switched out the block? Did the new block come with all new valves? There are a bunch of check valves, pressure relief valves, and pressure compensating valves in that thing. If it's not the motors, not the manifold, not the various valves in the manifold, not the filter, not the oil (changed recently?), then the only thing left on the header is the pump.

Can you put a flow meter and pressure gauge on any of the lines to motors to measure the drop in flow?

Being that it's on a Case combine(?), is it a combine with a variable-speed feederhouse? Is the feeder speed staying constant?

First check for anything blocking the feed draper along all edges, and the tension on the belt. Change the filter behind the access panel.

Then

Check the splines on the motor going into the drive roller. They tend to strip.

If the splines are good on both motor and roller, check and see if the motor turns while out of the roller.

If the motor seems to run fine, it's probably the relief valve. Phone macdon tech support they'll tell you which one to replace, it's one of the reliefs on the forward(inside) face of the valve block. There's an access hole to get at them. Sometimes you just need to turn it in a little bit but usually it's replace.

Worst case scenario when we had feed draper issues on a header we had to change the whole valve block.
